1) Discussions with CN/CP Rail to secure transfer site(s) in Montreal East for Direct Transfer Services of:

            Rail to Truck

            Truck to Rail ……….. Expect complete by Q3 2008

2) Completed eight (8) marine transfer operations from April through December without any accidents, incidents (product quality and personnel) nor near misses...

3) Objective is to grow these # transfers to 12 for 2008

4) Purchased new equipment in fall 2007, with plans to purchase more equipment in 2008

5) Expand service offering in 2008 to include break bulk handling/transfer operations:

            Truck to Drums

            Truck to Tote Tanks

            Iso Containers to Drums

            Iso Containers to Tote Tanks

6) Customer/Supplier Appreciation Event scheduled for late summer 2008, more details to follow
